very quiet, quick access to the beach, wonderful beach walks and body surfing, ocean views, AC, comfortable bed, reliable staff were friendly and helpful, pool and grounds kept clean.

a few little less important things … no place to hang clothing, no hot water to wash dishes in our kitchen, no locks on the sliding doors to balconies although it was a very safe area, cats a little over friendly for our liking.

I am bitterly disappointed your booking listed my room as having an ocean view a pool view a refrigerator micro wave stove top and mini bar and it had NONE of these..I contacted the ho5el and they were very unhelpful…this is not what I expect when I pay 220 dollars a night for a room absolutely FALSE advertising

We had a great stay here, the hotel facilities are gorgeous with green plants and lovely pool. The hotel let us borrow beach bikes and gave us a ride to town, very helpful and accommodating. You can also rent a ATV to explore. The common space and kitchen on the roof were a great way to watch the waves come in from across the bay, great setup for relaxing days.

We stayed through the holidays and there were a couple of families having music and evening activities each night, which was good for them but hard to fall asleep to for us. Upon arrival we weren't sure who to check in with, the reception was empty throughout the stay. We found them by calling. The hotel is to the very south end of Troncones, so we got a lot of walking done, luckily the street lamps extend all the way back which was really helpful in the evenings.
