En general el personal es muy amable. La única muy mala experiencia que tuvimos es que llegamos en la madrugada y no nos recibieron y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a las 3 am, traía a mi bebé y mi niño, estuve marcando y tocando el timbre, fue muy estresante, gracias a Dios encontramos habitación en hotel convento. Al día siguiente regresamos a hotel senderos, solo se disculparon por lo sucedido y obviamente nos descontaron la noche que no estuvimos. También considero que hace falta una rampa, ya que para los que usamos carreola para los bebés, es muy complicado subir así, son demasiadas escaleras y no hay personal que ayude.
