You need to phone to get the hot water turned on. The shower was not clean. the room was cold. The shower's water control are too sensitive

Everything is with in walking distance, the only thing you have to notify them when you need hot water and it was not hot it was Luke warm..!!!!

The bed was great and the screen had high definition and streaming service. We tried the Netflix one. The room was big and very clean.

There was too much noise to sleep comfortably. You have to call the reception to have hot water to take a shower. The water in the shower was rather tepid and a little more than a trickle.

Very poor Internet connectivity othrewise all was great

Limpieza y atención exelentes

Excelente hotel limpio, cómodo y amplio a una cuadra del ex-convento muy recomendable. Ademas tiene un restaurante de comida saludable muy interesante.

Todo fue remodelado, la suit es muy grande y confortable solo que deben cambiar las regaderas Se inunda el baño
