Hotel Boutique Bugambilias

The room was beautiful and spacious.

There was a lot of noise.

The staff was super friendly. We booked the big room with the bath but it was actually not a good room as it's at the street level and smells of dump. The guys proposed one of the others even if smaller and cheaper. they gave us back the money and were very helpful with everything. The other room was good, it had a small equipped kitchen area and the beds were comfy. Compared with other places in Valladolid it's definitely a good option and the people are super kind and helpful

As said, the big room with the bath unfortunately smells of dump, so I wouldn't recommend it. Also consider that it's a bit of a walk to the city centre, so take it in consideration

Nice private room

Very difficult access and we had a vary hard time identifying the place

No breakfast. Near where we needed to be.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed in during our 3 week trip. A very tastefully decorated apartment with a very comfy bed. A lovely outside area by the pool to have breakfast. Parking on site. Nice quiet fridge. A bit of road noise but not bad. Only a 9 because of the water issue!

The only downside was the lack of hot water when we had a shower. It is a little far from the main areas but the barrio has it's own little square close by where the locals were dancing etc which was really nice to watch, plus there are eating places close by too.

I honestly have no idea how the decent rating of this place exists. Trust me, skip this "boutique" hotel if you aren't into a lot of unexpected surprises. Our first room (called "Bamboo") smelled of mildew, the AC is blowing out hot air (?) and doesn't cool down the room, the fans in the room aren't properly working. We demanded them to switch rooms and the new room ("Bugambilia") was better and the AC was working. But it is DIRECTLY on the side of a very busy street, making sleeping without ear plugs impossible. The worst part though? The parking lot should fit three cars, but it only fits 2 SUVs, making parking a regular sedan impossible. I had to park my car on some street corner. I'd honestly skip this place. Oh and there are a lot of cockroaches.

Our suite was quiet in spite of hotel being on busy street. Nice that we could sit outside. Appreciate having kitchen facilities and TV with Roku box. Staff, especially Lucero (if I remember name correctly) were very nice.

Very few items in kitchen; we had to use things very creatively. Would prefer larger bottles of water so we weren't using so many bottles and always running out of water. Street outside is very busy and we had to walk a number of blocks to most tourist attractions (but that is obvious when you look at the map).

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were confortable. There was coffee and water in the room.

The lack of brightness. The room was very dark. The strong smell of must.

The room is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and nice to have a parking space available.

Our room was at the end of a narrow walkway facing a wall so not nice to sit outside.
