Hotel Noga

The atmosphere is very chilled and great vibe

Delicious breakfast. And lunch on the beach was a highlight of the stay.

The hotel is beautiful and beautifully situated. The rooms, while very pleasant and airy, are very spartan. There isn't really anywhere to sit comfortably in the room when you want to escape the heat of the day expect on the bed itself. However, there are lovely patios in the trees with hammocks.

The staff particularly Caleb were so friendly and wanted to make our stay a good one. Location is also great.

We were more comfortable in much cheaper accommodation elsewhere in Mexico and we had booked this for a special occasion so it was disappointing. Not worth the hefty price tag. The bed was average in comfort. There was no fan in the room and so we were forced to use the air conditioning. So we spent several nights not sleeping freezing in the room or with sinus issues. The plumbing also made loud noises during the night.

The hotel is in a lovely, quiet and leafy spot. There are lots of shady places to sit outside and relax. The food is very, very good. The beach is steps away. The staff at the restaurant/bar are attentive, and nice.

The beach is nice but there are few places to sit out of the sun, and it's very hot and humid. The rooms could use some work: extremely thin sheets and one bad pillow per person. Safe didn't work; the room door lock worked but was not securely screwed/nailed in. A chair or two in the room would have been nice.

Attractive design and well-kept property. Shower had hot water and amazing pressure. Spa quality! Good food and rapid service

Be aware the location is in a mangrove forest. No beach view without walking out. Room check-in provided little information - how to use safe, yoga requires payment, restaurant/bar hours, etc. Management staff could be more outgoing — hospitality spirit was low.
