This hotel is located in a restaurant that plays loud live music every day until late in the night and you cannot rest. The reception doesn’t speak English and you cannot communicate if you don’t speak Spanish.

I had cockroaches in the bathroom, which i am deathly afraid of and from 6-11pm there are no staff available to help. there is a dance club near the hotel and it is impossible to get to sleep because of the noise.

So there are two sides to my review: The hotel itself / the room itself is very nice. I barely have anything to critize. We had a suite with our own little backyard and mini pool, which is nice for refreshing after a hot day. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. It looks just like the photos. The location is perfect to visit Valladolid, however it is across from a veeery loud club / bar (see other comment).

Unfortunately, we didn't read the previous reviews about the noisy club across the street beforehand. They play incredibly loud music every night until 3am at least, which made it impossible to sleep (even with earplugs). This is why we would not stay there again, unless this problem was resolved. Another point was the breakfast. The hotel has a very cute café/restaurant with many vegan and vegetarian options (so great!). However, the breakfast option that was included in the booking was only bread with jam and peanut butter (although this was homemade and tasty), it was unfortunate to be limited to this option and not be able to choose from the extensive breakfast menu of the café. Plus, in the first morning we both received a breakfast plate, the next day we went early to chichen itza so we didn't use the included breakfast at all, and on the third day, we only received one plate for both of us and they said it was a 'new presentation of the breakfast', but actually we got half the food for breakfast that we got on the first day. That was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our apartment was absolutely fantastic - clean and fragrant. Bed was ultra sized and comfortable. We had a small private pool outside - absolutely fantastic! Breakfasts were from 8AM to 12PM in the garden next to the hotel in the Le Kaat restaurant. The included breakfast was only "Paquete desayuno" with coffee or tea and fresh fruit aqua (fresh water melon/yellow melon). It was fine. I also order an extra Huevos rancheros - perfect! 😌 We also rented a bicycles from the near rental and the hotel's staff let us leave the bikes in the garden without any problem - thank you for that.

The only thing was the noise at night till 2-3AM from the near bars/restaurants but it is not a hotel's fault. Be prepared and take earplugs for undisturbed sleep.

had a room with a pool but this was filled with really cold water. the nightclub across the road plays very loud music until 2am. we were on the ground floor and we got badly bitten by mosquitos. it would have been useful if there were mosquito repellent plug ins in the room.

Location is super, BUT it’s really loud. Room is very cute and quite big.

VERY IMPORTANT : Hotel personnel changed my room - the next day before check out I opened my suitcase to pack my stuff. I had cash money in my suitcase for travel. Hotel Personnel stole €2300 from me. Eventually the manager came and watched the CCTV. I called the police. Upon arrival they said that the proces could take up to few hours. I had a flight to Mexico City and couldn’t miss that flight. To be short and clear : my money got stolen and it ruined my whole day. Never happend to me before. beyond that - in room number 1 there is almost no water pressure and there is a bar across the street which plays daily loud music till 3 o clock. The breakfast is very simple and everyday the same. most hotel personel doesn’t speak English, only the manager does. they clearly don’t know who to hire.
