Spacious room, got lift access to room on level 3, not so far from city centre, nearby restaurants, helpful staffs and simple breakfast… 😊

Quite old building, Aircon not so cool, no ceiling lights if you are doing some office work…

Room cleanliness is bad.

Location and parking available on site.

Reception to the lift is connected only via stairs. I was struggling to carry the luggage up the stairs. Not really accessible if you’re wheelchair user. The hallway is terrible and the room hasn’t been maintained for ages. The bedding was dirty, furnitures are almost the end of the cycle. Carpet is very dirty and humid. Breakfast is edible but not that good.

Semasa saya dengan wife check in bilik 415 sampah dan botol air separuh tak di buang lagi pun bigtab tempat mandi terlalu licin sampai my wife tergelincir sampai terjatuh terkena peha sebelah kanan selepas 10 min peha kanan biru membengkak tapi saya tak ambil kisah dan complain ka counter sebab saya ni bukan jenis panas baran kalau boleh tukang room service bersih kan lah setiap bilik dan setiap tempat mandi lepas customer check out supaya tak terjadi macam my wife.harap pehak hotel harus berkeras dengan pekerja room service.sekian terima kaseh
