"decent stay"

warm staff, big room with a kettle, teas, coffees, and mineral waters were provided every day, qibla direction provided

saw a cockroach in the bathroom upon checking in, blanket was small for queen bed (to be shared with 2 people), TV remote was quite hard to press, AC took some time to cool, wardrobe smells cockroach-y, no hot water for showering

Location was ok - near to our event location. Very quiet neighborhood - no heavy traffic

Room not to our expection - too small for 3 adults as booked. The cupboard and drawers are smelly (cockroaches smell). Only 3 cloth hangers provided (1 already spoilt). Iron & ironing board provided already damaged. Very unfortunate, no water supply after midnight till we checked out.
