Very clean. Easy check in and out. Excellent amenities

Soundproofing was poor. Location was a bit far from other spots. Staffs can only speak 1 or 2 word at a time

I like the place clean and the staff is friendly .

What I don't like is, why have to pay for an extra pillow, RM 3.00? Others hotel they give 2 extra pillow to use, even for towel ask well,. No payment needed. Just my opinion maybe can put extra 2 or 1 inside the each room and if they request for more probably that you charge. Thank you..
