La ubicación y la zona de tumbonas en la playa

En primer lugar, no es un hotel. Es un conjunto de habitaciones conectadas por un balcón común, pero sin estancias de hotel ni servicios de hotel. En las fotos da la sensación de un hotel de 4 estrellas a pie de playa y nada más lejos de la realidad. La recepción está en un bar y llegar con la maleta desde donde te deja el taxi se hace complicado porque es una calle de arena. La habitación es espaciosa y la cama, grande, pero es muy ruidosa. El colchón tiene una colcha que no transpira (similar a la de los niños por si mojan el colchón) y se hace insufrible dormir en él. Además, las habitaciones son muy oscuras porque el cristal es vinilado y la luz artificial es muy mala. La WiFi NO llega a las habitaciones porque es compartida con el bar y el bar está en el bajo. Para acceder a los pisos no hay ascensor y hay que subir las escaleras por la zona donde están los cubos de basura. El precio es muy caro para el servicio que ofrece. Desde luego, no es un 4 estrellas y no creo que llegara a 3. No lo recomiendo

Las instalaciones son buenas pero muy poco cómodas. Poca formalidad en la recepción. No hay estacionamiento o es necesario gestionarlo por propia cuenta.

Amazing location and reliable basics like cleanliness, A/C, and hot water, but the price does not match the room quality, service, or amenities. With better lighting, improved staff attitude, and small upgrades, this hotel could be much better. The location is excellent, right on Playa Norte, which is the best part of this hotel. Each room includes two beach beds and an umbrella, which is a nice perk and very convenient. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily with no issues. The room includes a refrigerator (no microwave, which would have been useful). Hot water and water pressure were excellent — we never ran out of hot water. The A/C worked great, and noise was never an issue, which made for a comfortable stay in that sense. Smart TV in the room was a plus.

The hotel felt overpriced for how basic the room was. There wasn’t even a headboard on the bed, towels need to be updated, the lighting was insufficient, and the ceiling lights were controlled by three different switches, which was inconvenient. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, though the pillows were fine and plentiful. Service from the cleaning staff was disappointing. When I asked if our room would be cleaned, the staff member seemed uninterested and implied it was not her responsibility, which did not feel welcoming. There was also an unpleasant smell on the stairs leading to the sea-view rooms, likely due to garbage collection at the bottom of the stairway. This was noticeable and affected the experience. The Wi-Fi was not very good, and check-in was average — not friendly, just very “meh.” As for the sea-view room, it didn’t feel particularly special or worth the extra cost. The non–sea-view rooms are on the first floor and smaller, but overall the sea view didn’t add much value.

Escadas para subir ao quarto, grande espaço mas mal dividido! Banheiro alaga quando liga chuveiro! Falta toalha de chão maiores! Não tinha tapete na estrada do quarto. Ar condicionado vai direto em uma das camas, poderia resolver com deflator de acrílico! Sem café da manhã, ou opção de café. Muito barulho a noite de festas próximas!
