The location and the restaurant. The ability to walk to the marina in six minutes, and the rooms were spacious. We booked a room with a water view, but it was obstructed by the restaurant which also created noise.

The room was uncomfortably cold and we were unable to turn the heat on. Also, two of our three nights there were considerable noise from other rooms and street noise. Had I known I would’ve booked a room facing the back of the property.

Great brunch on Sunday. Incredible pasta/bread at the pool kitchen. And a huge bonus to the laundry staff that kindly returned a good amount of money left in a pocket - their honesty counts A LOT! And generally speaking, a wonderful, fun, and engaging staff - the front desk, coffee girls, bartenders, and cleaning staff are AWESOME.

Bathrooms need updating Bathroom lights are terrible (very yellow lighting) Walls are thin and we could easily hear people next to us talking at very late (midnight and later) and early hours (5am) keeping us awake No having to wait too long for someone at the Starbucks stand in the lobby No refrigerators in the room
