"Fantastic location and warm staff."

Location. Location. Loved the bar and pool area. Staff very warm and welcoming.

Room very cold but staff responded with portable heater. Didn’t like tv playing in dining room. Bedroom floor very slippery.

"I wouldn’t go back but the staff were very pleasant."

View and proximity to waterfront walk.

No heating system. Air conditioning only and it was chilly in January. No soundproofing . Noise from unit above and outside door of room

Front Desk Guy Marcel.POS ripped us off he was a scammer…For $300 a night it should come with a mini fridge…wanted to charge $25 a day for fridge…No ice machines…

Location, architecture,

Devious check in staff, we paid for a king the said they had none available, when pressed for the difference paid for a king to be reimbursed they suddenly found a king. Same story with another customer at the same time. They blamed the booking.com software!!!!
