Flush was broken and windows had hole in it

Clean environment. Good location.

Malfunction air-conditioning. Malfunction water heater.

Near taxi stand and shop

smoking n non smoking room has smoke smell Inconsistent hot water for showering Bed sheet has stained Want to keep charging us double times for room rates

Check-in process was smooth. Bed was comfort enough for family. The bathroom was nice. The place was nice to stay and good location around it. Near to the ocean but not ocean view. easy by walking distance for a place to eat around the hotel.

Could improve on the outside area where people are smoking outside the room maybe not too suitable kids near the family room. If can have specific area for smoking will be much better.
