1. The room is not clean, curtain is yellowish, windows is dirty and not sound proof 2. Toilet door is hard to close, no refill toilet paper, no label on either is Shampoo or Shower gel, water heater water pressure slow. 3. Hotel facing main road, the room is facing main road, the car/motor/lorries noise are very loud, the room totally no sound proof, couldn’t sleep at all the whole night. People talking outside also can hear clearly.
