CASA CAT BA Beachfront Boutique Hotel

Everything was wonderful, starting from the room, the view, the amenities. All staff members were very hospitable and helpful. They also gave us good recommendations about sightseeing and nearby restaurants. The high point for me was the breakfast with the view of the sea. The location was also perfect for us to walk around or take a bike and explore the island.

Beautiful design and fantastic sea view from our room, we wish we stayed here longer. The hotel was close to the centre but still very peaceful and the manager was very accommodating of our dietary needs and helped ensure we get a breakfast without any meat or dairy. We would come back here!

We loved it! Some small observations- one of the stairs going up is a bit wobbly which can feel a bit scary, it's probably fine but worth getting fixed. The hotel also has a small stretch of beach and direct sea access but no sand / beach loungers on the actual beach ( but you are close to long stretches of sandbanks nearby or can lounge on hotel grounds and it wasn't an issue for us)

The design was great, it’s cozy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and breakfast was home made and tasty.

We gave a call one day before coming and asked about the status of the sea, because we had bad experience with sea weed in Cancun. We were assured that there’s no sea weed in Mexican gulf, and we were assured the sea was clear and beautiful. Unfortunately when we arrived to the hotel we felt a bad smell. The beach was full of smelly mud - it was impossible to get into the sea from the house.

The property is in an amazing location, on a section of the beach with little to no seaweed. It is very modern, aesthetically beautiful and each room has unique touches provided such as books and ours had a small speaker. The staff are friendly, make you feel very welcomed and the breakfast as well as welcome drink are top notch.

There are very narrow stairs to get to the rooms on the top floors so if accessibility is an issue, make sure to book a bottom room. Otherwise perfect.
