"BEST EXPERIENCE"

Nice hotel !! Room comfortable & clean. Ofc will repeat again soon! I like the green view , its so beatiful thooo !!!! Breakfast was nice, pool also big & clean. All staff very friendly & helpful .Nothing to complain , all good thank you KSLLLLLLLL <3

Best hotel in town for sure Bed and pillow comfortable. Bed smells good and clean . The pool great for kids I have an amazing day in here for only 2 nights . With an amazing view w my love one . Thnk you for the hospitality you all gave me. I would recommend for others.

I have an amazing experience with my love one Everything was amazing!! The green view was top notch!! The room smelly lovely The bed soooooo comfy The pillow feels like at cloud. I would love to experience this hotel again and again. Ksl best!!

The pillow makes me wanna sleep 10hours !!! The bed so comfy The smell of the room soooo good!!! I've got room with green view !! Plus I can see 118 tower from here !!! Amazing!!!! Aircond cold, toilet clean. Food not tht great but it's okey. Thnks ksl for this experience

Nice room and very clean ,bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable,staffs were very friendly and helpfull, service were excellent,breakfast very good with many choice menu,also can relax at onsen , definitely will come back here , recommend hotel

"OK only, everything is smaller than normal, overall over rated"

Came here for a business trip, everything felt smaller than usual. The parking space was small and short, your car door would not be able to open wide enough for you to come out and you wont be able to open the boot to retrieve your luggage if you park behind another car. Suggest you pick side parking. The room was smaller than other four star hotel that I have been to. Toilet door would bang on toilet bowl, no space for chair and table in room, only a bed. The corridor, lift and lobby area were very warm and stuffy. Hotel was clean, staffs were friendly. Onsen was good. Breakfast wasn't of much choices. Quite disappointed. The Japanese fusion restaurant at top floor was not bad. The mall next to the hotel was not a dead mall as reviewed by others. It was full of people, many choices of food (better to go there for breakfast than taking hotel breakfast).

"Best hotel in klang!"

Room smells good ! Bed was so comfy!! W the green view ? Yesss top notch!! Everything went well from A - Z. Food was buzzing. The staff was nice .i would recommend this hotel for all of you!! Plus, near mall and 7e! Omg bussing!!! Thnk you ksl for the hospitality!
