The staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean, and the location was great. The price is really fair for the services you get.

Everyday almost from 8 am to around 5 pm, the noise of workers drilling and hammering disturbed us. I once called the reception and complained about the noise, but nothing changed.

This is very very well run/managed property, all of the staff are motivated, friendly and happy. The whole place is very clean, the top floor restaurant is reasonably priced (guests get free tea and coffee) with once again great staff and a super city view. The area Colombo 10 is a good choice in confusing sprawling Colombo, it is a real Srilankan neighbourhood and you can walk/travel to most places with ease. Rooms are decent, AC is clean and it is a safe place with a 24/7 security guard on the ground floor who supervises the carpark. There is a supermarket next door. This property is good value for Colombo.
