Mooie ligging, net buiten alle drukte en toch dichtbij, op loopafstand

The hotel clearly needs renovation. The terrace chairs were broken, and although the room was spacious, the rest of the hotel felt old and poorly maintained. There was not enough staff, which showed in the overall disorganisation, including empty bottles at the bar and furniture in bad condition.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. Warm staff and great breakfast added to the experience. My son had a great time in the pool which is also well maintained. The best part is of course is the sea view, especially the sunset which is hard to beat! Just a suggestion, if payment by card can be enabled it would be great!

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade nachdem das erste Zimmer definitiv nicht dem entsprach was wir geglaubt gebucht zu haben. Das hat uns wirklich gefreut. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und eins der Besten die wir in Sri Lanka hatten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Es war sehr sauber.

Die Fotos auf Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wir waren wirklich perplex und haben das auch mitgeteilt. Der neue Manager meinte, die Fotos sind leider alt und werden in kürze aktualisiert. Es war zwar sehr sauber aber teilweise waren Polsterbezüge gerissen oder nicht ganz bezogen. Im Bad hat es öfter nach Nutzung des Wassers nach Eiern gerochen.

Der Service. Tharindu hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Der Sonnenuntergang war so schön.
