Siisti hotelli, autolla kätevästi pääsee kulkemaan niin Riikaan, Jurmalaan kuin Jelgavaankin päin. Ilmastointi puuttui mutta ikkunan sai onneksi auki (ötökkäverho on). Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin oli kiva yllätys. Ravintolassa hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.

Mikro puuttui, vaikka kuvauksessa luki että on. Pyydettiin erillisiä sänkyjä, mutta saimme parivuoteen - hotelli väitti että emme ole esittäneet toivetta etukäteen. Respassa mukava vanhempi nainen, ja ikävä nuorempi nainen. Onneksi sängyt sai erilleen seuraavana päivänä. Siivooja yrmeä, mutta teki työnsä hyvin.

We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with our recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a series of issues that left us with an overwhelmingly negative impression. 1. Booking mishandling We had reserved two rooms for three nights but later informed the hotel that we only needed one night instead of three. Instead of adjusting the reservation, the hotel canceled the entire booking without notice. We only discovered this a few hours before arrival, when it was already too late to find alternatives, and no assistance was offered by the staff. 2. Lack of communication Prior to our arrival, we sent an email requesting instructions for late check-in. Our email was ignored, and the hotel only responded via phone calls, but only when we initiated contact. Even the WhatsApp number provided remained unanswered. 3. No apologies and unfulfilled promises Despite the cancellation mistake, no apology or alternative solution was offered. When we requested that the beds in one of the rooms be separated so that we could still spend the night, the staff vaguely promised to “try,” but nothing was done. Instead, we were offered a double bed, which was unacceptable in our situation. 4. Poor hotel and room condition The property resembles an old Soviet boarding house, poorly converted into a hotel. The doors were flimsy, the bathrooms equipped with low-quality shower cabins, and the room we stayed in had an unpleasant odor of cigarettes, heated tobacco, and burnt straw. 5. Unprofessional service and misleading standards The only positive aspect was the free parking space near the entrance. Everything else fell far below hotel standards. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by a receptionist, but instead checked in by a handyman, who gave us no proper instructions. This created the impression that we were not welcome guests, but merely inconveniences. In conclusion, this establishment does not deserve to be called a hotel.
