Room was spacious and pool was nice

Noise from other guests

A beautiful and spacious room. Good amenities. Large comfortable bed.

The aircon worked at snail's speed. There were a couple of year-end functions and parties in the restaurant and the pool area, and there was lots of noise. We didn't want to use the restaurant with everyone, so we stayed in the room. After handing in the keys and getting in the car the next morning, the check-out lady came running after us, asking about the dinner food bill. When we explained that we didn't eat, she questioned us about drinks (which we also didn't order). It was pretty clear she didn't believe us - it made us feel like thieves trying to slip away.

I always stay there when I go to Windhoek

I was allocated what felt like a back room between all the junk that they store.

The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was a lovely place for breakfast or an afternoon drink. The breakfast buffet was good.

The pool was a bit green and not enticing. The bar music was not to my taste, but there were other quieter places to sit.

Always good here. Clean spacious rooms. Great bathroom. Friendly staff. Good bar. Secure parking. Easy walk to Joe's Beerhouse
