Location

The palace said it was pet friendly but made a big deal over non existing dog fluff just to keep $ 500 of deposit that was not mentioned on their policy. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Our room was room number one wich had mold by the door and closet also the bathroom fauset was leaking water wish was annoying to see because they had a paper on the wall recommending to only use one towel so that they wouldn't have to wash them at the end of our stay.

location , nice place to stay

beds were hard , second night I stayed hotel had an event late at night music was to loud. people at the parking lot was too noisy . was very difficult to sleep
