we had a wonderful two night stay at sayab! the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very big and clean with a nice bed! the location was good, everything was close by (city center was a 13 minute walk). and lastly, the pool area was super cozy. especially at night, with the lights! would definitely book this hotel again in the future

If I have to say one thing: the pillows on the bed were too hard for me (but that’s a personal opinion)

Clean and very spacious room, friendly staff, good a/c and wifi

Our room was close to street so a slight noise could be heard but nothing major (also, be patient with hot water)

It is a nice and comofrtable place, staff were very kind

It was a bit too far from the centre if you wanted to walk

Great location, very quiet, 5 minutes from main plaza.

A top notch room: super spacious, clean, nice shower head and water pressure, very pleasant aroma (forgot to ask them what they used). I wish I stayed longer than one night. The staff was nice and friendly. It is a 15 min walk to the city center park, but 5 min walk the other way there is a shopping centre with groceries, and another couple of minutes - a nice restaurant in a historic hacienda.

We stayed in various locations around the Yucatan over three weeks and this was our favorite place! Beautiful and spacious room, very friendly staff, very clean, comfortable King bed and hot shower, balcony and roof access from our room. Loved it!!!

a little oasis of tranquility… we were so sad to leave this place which says it all. Beautiful decor, immaculately clean, comfy huge bed, powerful shower & hot water which has been hard to come across on our trip so far! …. All the staff are so lovely, the super cool night guy who welcomed us home each night with a huge smile & the day staff Christina, Yuly, & Magaly who really make you feel so welcome! Massive thank you to these ladies who made our stay feel that bit extra special & for the complimentary valentines wine & chocolates. it really was a magical stay. the hotel was easy to find & a 15 minute stroll from El Centro… 20 mins to Calzadea de los Frailes. 5 minutes to the big supermarket to get room supplies for kitchenette, and at the bottom of the road is a specialty coffee shop where you can have beans grounds for use in your room coffee machine… we highly recommend the Chiapas coffee 👌🏻… there are so many amazing restaurants in Valladolid, but just along the road, do not miss the incredible “pastor” from el taco loco 👌🏻 🌮 Finally the small but perfect pool is super cool for a refreshing dip… the sun is on it during the morning if you want to top up your tan before going Cenote hunting!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the patio and pool area, very relaxing. It was like a little oasis.
