great place and great hosts

The rooms are very big, as were the beds. The pool area is beautiful at night. It feels safe.

It's a little far from the centre of town but to be honest it's only 15min on foot and you can get a taxi back for 40 pesos. We also ended up getting a scooter to explore the cenotes and local towns so it was really perfect.

Beautiful and spacious room that smelled lovely! The sheets were like silk and the bed was really comfortable and big. The pool was nice to relax at and the rest of the premise was a really serene atmosphere with all the plants. We got a welcome gift (bottle of wine) as a surprise which was really nice. Overall we had an amazing stay here and felt really at home.

The wifi was spotty in our room and the shower pressure was really weak if you wanted to have any hot water

The property has the most friendly staff (2 ladies at the reception) and cozy ambiance.

It was out from the center of town so it was less noisy. The staff was so personable that it felt like family. It was the best the best hot shower I had in Mexico. The room was spacious with many windows. It was spotlessly clean with a lovely outdoor space where we had our breakfast. The kitchen fit our needs. We could park our car on the property so it was very convenient.

It was perfect.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Christina particularly made a point of remembering our names. It’s a lovely, safe and spacious place to stay!

Unfortunately the location is far from everything in the centre. Recommend renting a scooter or a car whilst staying here

To be honest, when we pulled down the street, we wondered where we'd booked ourselves! It seemed off the beaten path and it was after dark. However, once inside, it was very beautiful and staff was friendly, despite the language barrier. We arrived late and left early so we did not get to enjoy the property enough for much relevant review. Always my top priority, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent.

We would like to have had a blanket on the bed, in addition to the top sheet. It was late when we checked in, and perhaps we should have gone back to the desk to ask. I am sure they could have accommodated us but just walking in, I was surprised.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Super friendly staff and the pool was nice for a quick relaxing afternoon after a morning out. Also, the town is so charming and worth a visit!

Na - it’s not that far from town as some say. About 15-20 minute walk from the main square and very easy.
