Reception staff was nice. Fridge and airco in the room were working well. The room was nice.

Hygiene was disappointing. the bedding was not changed on arrival. The bathroom, especially toilet, was dirty. Shower pressure could be better. The service at breakfast was a disaster. I went early around 8 to avoid the crowd. When I arrived I was the only guest. The waiter was having breakfast himself. When he finished he went outside to smoke. In the meanwhile I was waiting to be served. It took half an hour before I got breakfast! The breakfast was included in the roomprice. But it was a very basic breakfast. If you ordered a second coffee, they charge you extra. The last day I didn't even want to have breakfast there. Breakfast time should be a relaxing moment to start the day well, not a stressful moment.

The breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. The General Manager, Mr Mohammed is an excellent asset to the property. All was good. However, the restaurant does not serve lunches or dinners, but there are plenty of places nearby serving reasonably good food.

The Hotel staff were excellent with requests being met promptly and with courtesy .We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

I had a huge room with a nice view. There was some traffic noise, but not after midnight. Location is great, not fot from the railway station and only a couple of minutes walking grom the centre of Nador. Breakfast is OK and staff is friendly, esprecially Mr. Mohammed.

My stay at the hotel was perfect, the room with a very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and with views to the outside, great bathroom. Emphasize the interest and kindness of Ibrahim, always available for everything and worrying about how my stay is going and if I have any problem. The afternoon shift receptionist is also very correct and always available. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
