Staff was nice

It was very dirty and uncomfortable.

The pool appeared to be nice although didn’t use it. Good parking available.

The bed was disgusting. The sheets were old and stained and the actual mattress was awfully stained, tatty and too soft. It appeared the mattress should not be suitable for guests. Thee Was no mattress protector under the sheets that is how I knew the stains were there as you could see them through the sheet. It was very unpleasant! Them

the place is ok the clining in the room is pour they don’t change the bed covers an least you request for it and they are ript they don’t care about any of those issues

The bed was comfy, if you ignore the stains on the sheet. The wifi was good, I worked from home so this helped me a lot.

When we arrived they didn't have my booking on the system, which is not usually a problem, except the lady that clearly hated her job told me I shouldn't use booking.com in the first place cause it was more expensive. I was tired so I didn't mind. Then when I got to my room I noticed the sheets were washed, but still had some stains, again it was tired and I'm not very picky so I didn't mind either. I grabbed the towels and I noticed they had little black stains like fungus, but I had my own towels. Hence, I decided not to complain and not use them, however as I was living they went to check my room. They wanted me to pay for the dirty towel, and that's when I finally had it, I pointed out the towel had fungus which doesn't come out in one night, and that I didn't use them and the rude staff simply said that I should have complained about it because and I didn't, now I had to pay. At the end they let me go, but it was a horrible experience overall
