No breakfast included. Location good

Towels , small room. Can’t use the A/C on my own preference.

Towels were frayed. Sheets and bed covering were not clean. Pillows were lumpy and stained. I did not used them.

Great location. Nice young staff people

Rude staff on reception. We called in advance to check we could check in just after midnight, they said it was okay, but when we arrived the man on reception was rude and said he had no rooms. When we showed him our reservation he said we were after 12, so couldn’t check in. Eventually he let us check in. The room was dirty and basic. Stains on the bed linen and sofa. Fortunately for us this was just a quick overnight stay but we would have left if staying longer.

Staff were great

It's a nice building and it is located in a nice area of the city. Close the centre, to the river, supermarkets and places to eat. But there many others that offer exactly the same.

The worst part is the staff. Looks like they have zero training with hospitality, not polite, not friendly and not helpful. They address guests with a "hey you" and are super quick to tell you all the things you are not allowed to do. There are a lot of rules for very little in return. No fridge, no kettle, no aircon, no place to hang anything, no working channels on TV and internet was useless. The reception are sucks, there are only two very uncomfortable chairs to sit wait. The area to leave luggage is just behind the counter - zero protection for your stuff. There's plenty of space at reception but they decided to not use it and chose to let guests be uncomfortable. So, bottom line is that cost-benefit simply isn't there. There are several better options 15 meters away.
