Me cancelaron mi reservación.

Me cancelaron mi reservación. Rechazaron dos tarjetas y cuando les llamé por teléfono para confirmar mi llegada no ofrecieron una alternativa para asegurar la reservación. Y eso que el.pago se haría al llegar al hotel.

No me gusto el ruido excesivo. Había inquilinos en la habitación de alado y tenían escandalo, se le aviso a recepción y no hicieron nada al respecto. Realmente pesimo servicio. Entre semana, que acepten a personas para hacer "fiestas", todo mal.
