Restaurant and pool on site, close walk to beach, friendly staff.

Took a long time for hot water to come out for shower.

The food was decent & the staff very helpful, pleasant & accommodating. The hotel itself is very pretty & comfortable.The area was quiet & very peaceful. The rooms ample. During our visit we were able to see various sea turtles coming up the beach to lay eggs. What a treat!

The weather 😂😂. It rained the entire time we were there. The area does need a few other restaurant options nearby.

The location was near the beach and the center of town. I was here for a family wedding. The restaurant at the hotel was very good. Staff were very good, attentive, and quick with services.

There were bugs. The room was very clean. The weather was extremely hot. The bugs would show up in the bathroom for water.

The restaurant on premise was adequate. It was basic, but adequate. I would have liked to see more juices offered for breakfast - they only offered orange juice.

There was a lot of music noise at night coming from outside the hotel. It lasted until 2 AM. In the morning, starting at 5 AM, there were loud roosters crowing.

Lovely place to stay in Playa Azul. Close to everything in this small community & 20 minute drive from Lazaro Cardenas. Motor taxis to get you around if required. The pool was wonderful & big, surrounded by beautiful gardens & next to a good & economical restaurant. really enjoyed my stay here. Internet in the first floor was fair & had connection most of the time. Good variety in the TV, decent lighting throughout the room & closet was enough, with lots of hangers to use. Nice having the coffee maker & bottled water with was replaced everyday.

I moved up to second floor for my last 4 nights & the internet was very poor.

Very cool place love the facility and the staff are super nice.. I don't speak much Spanish but it didn't matter we still communicated fine. Nice pool pretty good food and the price you can't beat.

The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy at night but I am from Canada. Other than that pretty decent and safe as can be.

Clean property, comfortable rooms, secure, friendly staff. We’d been looking for “the” place to stay between Zijuatanejo and Manzanillo for a few years now… found it here. no surprises, good price.

It was three blocks from the beach, forcing us to walk through the lovely jardin, instead of being two blocks from the beach (said tongue-in-cheek)
