"Without WiFi working and limited hot water I wouldn’t stay there again"

Great location and friendly staff.

The WiFi didn’t work and they didn’t connect their smart tv to WiFi or ethernet so that part of the TV was worthless. I also assume they turn their boiler way down at night because the water was barely warm at night and then hot in the morning.

I would like to say thank you to El Greco team. I was in the hotel for 3 nights, service very good, superb clean room, bathroom, towels, bed sheets, very comfortable sleep, amazing location, spectacular view from roof garden. I will definitely come back there, this time was a my business trip but happily next time will bring my husband with me. Thank you again!
