They let us checkout late after a very long day of traveling before :) The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! There was so much character all over the place, each room was beautifully decorated. Also we had a balcony which was a surprise. Normally I pack very light so stairs and luggage would be no issue, but this was for a move and my suitcase was heavy. They had an area to store it at the bottom and I grabbed necessities from there-- that was super convenient.

We were on the top floor so the heat rose and we couldn't open the windows and so there wasn't much air flow. Even when it got cooler, it took awhile to cool down the room because there were 3 of us. Lighter blankets or a fan weren't available so a quick cold shower did the trick!

De locatie: midden in het centrum van Utrecht. Het sanitair was goed en schoon. Het bed was comfortabel. Goede verduisteringsgordijnen.

De voorkant van de studio grenst direct aan de straat en bestaat volledig uit (grotendeels enkel) glas. We hadden 's nachts veel last van herrie op straat. In de vroege morgen hadden we vooral last van gestommel in de winkel en op de trap achter onze kamer. De stoelen in de studio zijn zeer oncomfortabel. Een tafel of bureau ontbreekt in de studio. Jammer dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen is bij deze relatief hoge prijs.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Beispielsweise wäre im obersten Zimmer ein Tablett recht hilfreich, um Sachen einfach auf die Dachterrasse zu befördern. Oder zu wissen, ob das vorhandene Geschirr abgespült wird bzw wenn nicht, eine bessere Möglichkeit gäbe, dies zu tun.

Unser Zimmer war separat von den anderen in einem ehemaligen Laden mit großem Schaufenster direkt zur Fußgängerzone. Das hatte uns zuerst überrascht und wir waren etwas skeptisch ob man nicht von draußen durch die Gardinen schauen könnte, aber die Gastgeber haben alles durchdacht :-). Man öffnet die Tür und ist mittendrin! Das Zimmer ist hochwertig, modern und mit besonderen Einzelstücken ausgestattet. Am allerbesten hat mir die Bettwäsche gefallen, seidig weich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Naturgemäß hat man die Geräusche von außen etwas mehr wahrgenommen. Hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört.

While to a degree normal with central locations, this place seems to be on the home route of many loud drunken people on weekends all along the night (earplugs provided) - be aware when choosing ground floor apartment.

Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, herzlicher Empfang. War zum dritten und nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Einfach nur schön

Belle déco où l'on retrouve le thème des plantes , chambre bien équipée avec machine à café, frigo, bouilloire, assiettes, sèche-cheveu, plaques de cuisson et même... fer à repasser ! Excellente literie. Localisation hyper centrale très agréable.

Ayant eu du mal a régler la clim, nous avons eu un peu chaud (mois d'août) pour dormir. Eclairage général un peu faible. Absence de couverts (mais c'était certainement un simple oubli puisque cette chambre est nouvelle). Nous avons d'abord été un peu déstabilisés par le fait que la chambre donne directement sur le trottoir, mais finalement avec les rideaux l'intimité est préservée. Etant dans le centre et proche de cafés très sympas, les bouchons d'oreille fournis ne sont pas inutiles, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant.
