Goede, ruime kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht en een mooie omgeving. We hebben hebben heel lekker geslapen op de fantastische bedden. ‘s Morgen hebben we goed ontbeten.

Wij hadden een mindervalide kamer met beugels in de douche maar geen stoeltje. Ik heb gedoucht door me vast te houden aan de beugels van de wc. In de kamer zelf liet hier en daar het behang los en kunnen De deuren wel een likje verf gebruiken. De jassen moesten we in de kledingkast ophangen omdat ik geen haakjes kon vinden.

Prettig hotel met een fantastisch ontbijt. Ideaal om vanuit je hotel in je badjas naar de welness te kunnen lopen.

Ik vind het weinig persoonlijk.

Das Bett war einfach Mega bequem. Das Bad super durchdacht.

Es war doch zum Teil sehr staubig. Sogar im Kleiderschrank.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The spa is impressive, featuring a wide variety of saunas, relaxation rooms, and aufguss sessions, the cave was definitely the highlight! Because there are so many activities and rooms to explore, you really need more than a day to experience it all properly. We loved the balance between the indoor and outdoor spaces, and being able to swim in the lake was a unique first for us at a spa. On non-swimwear days, the atmosphere remains respectful and civilized; the facility is spacious enough that it never feels crowded.

• Maintenance of Communal Spaces: The cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the space in front of the main pool, needs improvement. The area is often dirty, and the standing water from the pool makes the floor dangerously slippery. Several guests, including ourselves, slipped during our stay. • Swimwear vs. Non-Swimwear Days: We highly recommend avoiding "swimwear days" if you are looking for peace and relaxation. While the non-swimwear days are calm and respectful, the swimwear days were the exact opposite. We encountered three separate groups of intoxicated men who were noisy and agitated, which made us feel quite anxious. Unfortunately, there was very little security presence to manage the behavior. • Dining Experience: The food quality is mediocre, and the service is quite slow. Even with fewer than ten tables occupied, it took a significant amount of time just to place our order, and the food took even longer to arrive.
