Hôtel vétuste et mal entretenu. Chambres minuscules, odeur persistante de vieux, de canalisations et de moquette. Les lits sont inconfortables : simples matelas avec un surmatelas et de très petite taille. Le confort est quasiment inexistant. Petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif. Rapport qualité-prix très décevant.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de l’établissement malheureusement. On dirait qu’il suive les clients une fois ils sont entrain de prendre leur petit déj. C’est un peu bizarre .

Situación

Tienen permitido fumar en el interior del hotel, incluso en el restaurante, tienen ceniceros en todos los pasillos y la prioridad es para fumar, pedimos zona de no fumadores en el restaurante y nos dijeron que no, así que nos fuimos a cenar a otro restaurante y no dejé el hotel porque ya lo tenía pagado. Nunca más pisaré un Ibis.
