Hotel Turist

Location in the city center, smooth check in, nice bathroom and view. Security in the entrance (dont know if 24/7 as we arrived quite tipsy to the hotel in the evening). Shop 10 meters from the place.

Balcony looked a bit like its going to fall apart when you step on it (it didnt) + no furniture there. The corridor looked like no one touched it since 1980 but old era enthusiasts will love it - you get what you pay for

Хороший отель в центре города. С другой стороны здания есть супермаркет Персонал приятный, разрешили до заселения оставить сумку Чистое белье и полотенца

Не смогла настроить переключение каналов на телевизоре, завис один канал Холодильник шумел периодически

Cheap and central. Well heated and clean.

The place is very old and run down (the balcony is actually scary, it looks like it might fall down at any moment), the beds have the shape of all the people who slept on them, the room is small.

This is a Soviet Hotel. This is what we were looking for. Soviet era furniture, spacious room, no frills. It was kind of clean, if you don't look under the beds, or check the state of the matrass.

The staff. They managed to ruin the whole stay. Upon arriving a "friendly" receptionist checked us in, and afterwards, he took us up to our room. 2* hotels don't have concierge service, but he acted as such, just not touching the bags. In the room, he came in, showed us the beds and then stayed and waited. Upon thanking him, he just looked at us and said... ohhh I didn't show you the bathroom yet, clearly expecting a tip. I could hardly get rid of this self proclaimed CONsierge, who made us feel super uncomfortable. The next day, in the evening upon getting, there was no one around, but as we got in the elevator, out of the dark, the resident Pitbull came out and yelled at us "What are you doing here, what do you want!!!!" I told him we live here we have reservations (room key in my hand), but I had the feeling he'll follow us up to the room. There was also the feather pillows - health hazard-, it took them 24 hours to replace them, as not only they were dirty and dusty, we're allergic to them. Then the cherry on top was the elevator from hell. Hit us, closed on us, caused some bruises, it's great for a Stephen King novel, not for human use!!!!
