Good amenities, great location, brilliant to find a place like this right in Hattem.

I marked the staff with the disappointed emoji because there was no staff, really. Did not like the electronic check-in. Even after I had done so I still got emails asking for the details -- time to get the tech guys to fix the software. Then there was the key issue: First I had to create an account with another company, KleverKey. Then I was supposed to download their software. This was already too much, I shouldn't have to do all that when I had already paid for the room. But guess what, it wouldn't let me because the software was "not available in your country" (an Australian phone). So I rang....sorry for the inconvenience....... was asked to ring again when at the door and was let in remotely and there was a key for me in the room. Suggestion, for "foreigners" just ask them to do the latter in the first place. Maybe some older Dutch folk would like it simpler too...... Look, it was a great place but I did not feel I was welcome :-(

Everything was fabulous. We'll definitely be back.

On the pricey side

Great shower, great location, very nice amenities. Would come back here.

The room comes with a small kitchen, which doesn’t play nice with the fire alarm. The kitchen has a dishwasher, but the provided cutlery explicitly is not dishwasher safe.
