The size of the room and the quiet of the place. Also the restaurant at the place, really nice food. The situation of the hotel is good for visiting some places around Jalpan.

Good A/C, the restaurant was nice as well (although they are in no way specialized on tequilas as I was expecting from the name)

There were many dead insects on the floor. Some seemed to be dead for quite a while.
