The staff is good and friendly. The location is easy to find. There is some of restaurants nearby the hotel.

The facilities is old, I thinks it is owned by PP island Hotel previously. The Moxy take over the hotel but they didn't make renew and renovation on the hotel facilities. Pillows are old and not fluffy unable to given support our head and felt uncomfortable to sleep. Dilapidated old bath towels are given during stay at hotel. The bed is full of dust, the cleaner is not concern or never clean on it before. There is no luggage storage service(temporary) is provided for guests. This is inconvenient for solo guest, because during check out I ask for this service so that i able take the lunch nearby hotel before leave. However, the front guest servicer didn't allow to do so. The guest servicer not familiar the location of hotel and the info attraction / tourist info around Georgetown, when I ask for some info from he, the answer is so disappointed. The Moxy pls take note on these issues, I am looking forward to see the improvement in the future.
