Cheap but not value for money

The Inn is quite further away from the waterfront, about 10 mins walking. Located above a restaurant which occasionally, can be noisy at night. The check-in process was very suspicious! We travelled in a group of 6 and booked 2 triple rooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave use 1 triple room and 1 double room (as we were told that another triple room is currently unavailable) but charging us the same price as per initial booking. He insisted that the price for the double and triple room is equally the same and expected 3 adults to fit into 1 double bed. After showing the price difference of both rooms on the booking.com, he agreed that the room prices vary. So he called the boss and then another triple room was now *magically* available. The room smelt damp and not maintained well, but perhaps reasonable for the price that we paid. However, the bedsheet was very dirty with stains of blood and dusts - which I did not find comfortable to sleep on. We ended up cramming 3 adults on a double bed.
