The facility was really strategic.
I informed the staff that will check out late and agreed to pay the extra hours as we going to Gunung Jerai.The staff agreed.While we are outside,received call from reception staff asked us to check out.When told the staff,we already informed the receptionist earlier,the staff was very rude and asked us to check out immediately as the room was booked.And the staff said as she checked with receptionist,no one informed regarding the late check out.Integrity issue.
