Nothing false advertising should be taken off booking.com for fraud.

Room was not what we booked and wasn't even on site but a block down the street with steel gated doors. Not safe it would have been better to sleep in our rental vehicle in the secured parking area. When we asked was told this is what we booked and it should have said so in the email that confirmed our reservation. We asked to be put in the room we had booked but we're told that the hotel was full what a joke it was totally empty when we walked in to the hotel to check in... Would never stay there don't waste your time... please remove from booking.com

Close to everything, clean, great staff

Location & clean.

Extremely hard beds. Other patrons (many of them together) were extremely rude & loud when leaving at 3am.

Location is away from boomy audio of the tourist areas. Very close to town center. Rooster crowing in the evening, which may disturb those who are not used to roosters. It's not as noticeable in the room with windows closed and AC on. Slept roundly, and the lock on the door works well. There IS hot water in the shower. Staff is friendly.

Our room has a 6-inch high by 9 inch wide concrete step (berm) at the door. Its an odd location for a 6 inch tall threshold. The room floor is one the same plane as the outside wlkway. This threashold can be a tripp9ng hazard if one forgets its thete. No other room has a step.

The bed was comfortable, the location is central and staff were helpful with my limited Spanish. The air con was helpful.

There was no fridge for food items, the pool area was noisy with a buzzing/generator sound and I didn't wait long enough to know if there was hot water. There was no space to be outside of the room

Location, quiet

Electricity in room stopped working every night. I had devices to charge so very inconvenient.
