OTEL Hotel Suite

The bed was fine, the water was hot though the shower head put water everywhere.

Where to start? We didn't know in advance about Oktoberfest. The music downstairs was SO LOUD and thumping until midnight on Friday, until almost 1am on Saturday. We had to get up and out by 6am, so this was terrible, missing the whole point of getting a hotel room---to sleep! The "balcony" was blocked in to over 5 feet, so not view, only light. There is no closet, just a hanging area, where I very unfortunately left my swimsuit hanging to dry (from our lovely hotel with pool in KL). I have called and emailed, asking the hotel to send it to me, offering to pay the postage. They say they will, but so far nothing, 3 months later. Don't bother staying here!

Room not clean, hairs everywhere when we checked in. We had to request for floor to be vacummed. Towels old, thin and torn but still provide to guest to use is unacceptable.

The place very convenience to find grocerries as just next door have Doremart and then find foods are alots. Have Peanuts Anchovies, Sushi Zanmai, Chagee, Boost, Tealive, Rotiboy. Just in 2 minutes you can find saloon & spa. The best part is; the parking is Free. The room are spacious & comfy as we stay Empire Loft Room Type. The staff very friendly. The room have coffee machine.

Nothing much to comment as everything is superb. My suggestion maybe you can consider to add in 1 item in the room is small fridge. Then it such a completely room service for us to put like drinks. Hope you can consider it. Thanks.
