Lovely staff, very pleased to assist you. Handy location, nice sized room. Good value for money
The shower, comes on extremely hot, or very weak and cold. My friend had a similar problem in a different room. The sink leaks. Over the two days, the room was not cleaned, though as hardly in it, it wasn't an issue

The location is great to walk to most places and the staff were just amazing. The room was really clean and we were offered housekeeping every day. It was a great value hotel.
The location is next to a night market and there is singing every night until around 11pm which some nights was a bit annoying.

I didn't do much in Kota Kinabalu as it was just there one night, so I can not speak to location. My room was remodeled, very clean and comfortable and staff was very nice! The AC and Wifi worked well too. I would stay here again
