Location is close to many popular areas within the town of KK. Room is well cleaned and the water flow was strong for shower which I liked. Internet speed is good

Modern looking with plenty of storage hanging room. Kettle and complimentary coffee and tea provided. Room with a single bed was the perfect size for a solo traveler. Good quality bed linen and comfortable bed.
Bedside reading light wasn't working. Safety latch on door broken. be prepared for the approx 5.20am mosque speaker prayer to wake you up, if you are a light sleeper.

I really appreciate being upgraded from a single room to a double room. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is quite comfortable—I slept well. The location is excellent, as the hotel is right in the city center. The Gaya Night Market on weekends is just a short distance away.
The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to heat up, about 3-4 minutes. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, as you can hear cars and motorcycles outside, as well as the sound of prayers from the mosque in the early morning.

Strategic location at the city center of Kota Kinabalu. There’s lot of restaurant around. Easy to find halal foods around if you are muslim travelers.
