ACQUA IN BOCCA

The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you, every time we passed the staff would offer us more bottles of water, the room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was massive, we had an additional outside area with a day bed and swinging chair. The breakfast was great fruit, croissants, coffee, juice and a choice of hot options. There was parking just a short walk away and the location was brilliant, just a short walk into the centre but with a choice of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel if you didn't want to walk to the centre.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Compliments to the chef! We were excited to have breakfast. The tea verde was delicious. I even asked the staff where i could buy it. The Owner is french really nice Guy! Heads off to Pablo & Adriana/staff and chef. They are so friendly and welcoming. Service is amazing. The cleaning ladies gave us every single day 2 bottles of water. We slept like a baby. The bed is feels like a cloud. Parking space was close by 2min walk. Dont hesitate to book this hotel!

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très avenant, la chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le lit est confortable ! L'hôtel est très bien situé et nous étions au calme malgré une chambre avec petite fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue (non visible car en hauteur). La piscine et le petit déjeuner étaient des vrais plus (petit déjeuner très très bon) ! Nous avons même pu laver notre linge pour 150p en 24h.

Le fait qu'il n'est pas toujours simple de se garer a proximité de l'hôtel, nous avons parfois un peu tourné mais cela est largement faisable. Si vous avez des excursions le matin, venez tôt au petit déjeuner, nous avons parfois un peu attendu pour recevoir nos plats !

The Junior suite was superb. Great sized suite , excellent luggage storage and access to suitcases. Complimentary water and coffee. Double vanity and extra large shower. Bath tub in room. Balcony with an excellent outdoor lounge. Great pool also. Breakfast was spot on. Most importantly staff were very accommodating and friendly. We totally enjoyed this hotel and room.

Nothing to dislike.

La chambre est incroyable !! Il y a un salon, une baignoire spacieuse. Et c'est silencieux, on a pu dormir dans le calme, même la climatisation est silencieuse la nuit. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la grande place, il y a beaucoup de boutiques et commerces dans la rue. Le personnel est à nos petits soins, on a même pu prendre le petit déjeuner avant 7h car on avait une excursion qui commençait à 7h. C'était tellement agréable d'être dans cet hôtel.

Arrived and was told they had no record of my reservation. They blamed a glitch in the system. Still, I was charged.

If the Virgin of Guadalupe where to reappear in Merida, I'd recommend she stay here!!! Most liked: Location; 10/10 breakfast made to order in addition to complete continental if in a hurry. But most of all the attentiveness of the staff; if you have a question or need assistance they stop whatever they are doing immediately and ITS ✔️ 👍. Unbelievable Price/value

Estuvimos varias noches en Diciembre de 2025. Nos encantó todo, desde la habitación y el baño, hasta la piscina y el desayuno. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, muy amables. El desayuno muy bueno. La piscina está genial, te dan toallas. La ubicación muy buena para conocer Mérida. Repetiría sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Free parking space just one street away. Good location 5 minutes walk from City centre.
