The staff is extremely polite. The room had the exact same view as shown in the photos that too at a reasonable price. Easy to locate. Plenty of food shops were nearby, and they will also arrange a car for sight seeing for extra payment.

Location was the icing on the cake! Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Eagle Zone. Family-run hotel in a good location— the nearby karaoke bars were a minor distraction at night, but that is more for the administrative/policing staff to sort out. Will stay again for sure.

Nothing at all

I am an Australian citizen, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The owner was incredibly racist and rude. When we asked for basic amenities listed on Booking.com, like a kettle and an iron, he became hostile and claimed all rooms were full, so no items were available. These items were never provided, and the room itself was dark, unkempt, and poorly maintained. The tube light didn’t work, and the door lock was broken, leaving us unable to secure the room. The bathroom was a nightmare, with multiple leaks making it soaking wet and a slip hazard. The mattress was filthy, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The pillows were so disgusting we couldn’t even use them. We had booked a lake-view room, but that was also not provided. We arrived at 4 PM, and it took nearly an hour for them to prepare our room. When we finally decided to leave because of all these issues, the owner began shouting at us and using abusive language. He even mistreated my mother. It was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
