It was decent but way overpriced

Good service and great location

Hygiene and cleaning needs to be strengthened. Some facilities are too old also there are many insects in my room

Clear instructions, fridge to store food and we could make tea and coffee.

Room service should be notified, as cleaners just come in to the room to clean and replace (even if you don’t want it). Needs cleaning, specially the shower (hair everywhere). Room gets extremely hot and a fan only blows hot air around. Expensive!!!

Nothing it was in poor condition and mismanaged.

The pool was dirty, restaurant was closed. No toaster, places or cutlery so had to eat all meals out.

Friendly staff. Beds comfortable and clean.

Facilities need upgrading. Shower walls were badly peeling and unable to control heat

The host where lovely they are really helpful and so polite.

Bed was ok to sleep as we were quite tired so didn’t feel much.

The price was way too high according to room type and room condition The bathroom was not clean properly, very old style, the bedding was too old style, fan was too small not enough for even single bed especially in summer they should have provide good quality fan.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is great right in town.

There was no kitchenette space and had to wash dishes in the bathroom, had no toaster in the room, the kitchen was closed when we arrived and closed the next day (Christmas-New Years period). No movies or anything on the Sky TV. The parking was not ideal either. Not what we expected for the cost per night.
