Everything was perfect, the best hotel in town, They granted us early check i and late check out. The Sea view is wonderful.

We loved our stay here. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are just beyond helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and beautiful and the view from the pool is stunning. Our favourite part was the beach. It was small but it was magical and such a special part of the trip. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The gym was also very well equipped. Really great family hotel.

The sauna wasn’t working which was disappointing.

Breakfast was very good, the pool amazing, and the access to the beach excellent; the gym and room were all amazing. Front desk staff, both at the time of check-in and check-out, were very courteous and professional.

A very big concern that must be fixed ASAP is that the person at the entrance of the hotel cannot speak or understand English. Crowne plaza is go-to hotel for international travellers (maximum of them cannot speak Arabic), so the people who want to get in the hotel (late check-in or late arrival to hotel from city visits or dinners), it is hassle to make him understand why someone is going in.

Нам всё очень понравилось. Проживание было комфортным, комнаты чистые и хорошо подготовленные. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, персонал заботливый, приветливый и внимательный к гостям. Также хочется отметить удобное расположение отеля и красивый вид на город и море / лагуну. Это добавило приятных впечатлений от отдыха. Отдельно понравилось количество ресторанов и разнообразие еды. Питание было хорошим, выбор блюд достаточный, поэтому каждый мог найти что-то по своему вкусу. В целом остались очень положительные впечатления. Отель полностью оправдал ожидания, и мы с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.
