The suite was very spacious, comfortable with great WIFI which is important when you are travelling with 2 teenagers.

The only small thing we did not like was the wagyu burger at the Duke's. It was awful, it was extremely dry. The chef should review the recipe of the meat patty. Wagy burger should not taste dry.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. A special thanks to the lifeguards in the pool area—they were amazing, always attentive, focused, proactive, and friendly. Their dedication and excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable.

I have been a guest at this hotel since 2016 and have always appreciated the quality of service and facilities. Because I visit regularly, I tend to notice any changes. During this stay, I found that the air conditioning was very weak and did not cool the room adequately, despite the hot weather. I usually stay during the summer season and have never experienced this issue before. I would also like to raise a serious safety concern regarding the marble flooring around the swimming pools. The surface is extremely slippery when wet. During my stay, I witnessed several adults and children slipping, including myself and my children. This presents a significant safety risk and could easily turn an enjoyable holiday into a negative experience due to injuries. I strongly recommend reviewing this issue and considering replacing the current marble with a more slip-resistant surface, especially since the area is frequently used by children, elderly guests, and families.
