I would like to especially thank Mr. Mahmoud Hajjaj, the Front Office Manager, and Ms. Fatima for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were extremely kind, helpful, and made our stay very comfortable. I have been staying at this hotel since 2017, and I have always had a great experience with no issues at all. The service and consistency over the years have been excellent.
