Personal amable, limpieza aceptable pero es un hotel basico con una excesiva relación precio/calidad entendible por reservar en fiestas patrias y la falta de oferta en Huancayo, el internet funciono de forma correcta.

El mayor problema es el descanso, la ubicación de su recepción en el segundo piso y al estar en una avenida concurrida permiten el ingreso de personas a consultar la disponibilidad de habitaciones a viva voz lo cual interrumpe el sueño en cualquier horario.
