ALAS Y ARENA

Las instalaciones son estupendas y el trato del personal es excepcional, muy atentos y preocupados por mínimo detalle, sin duda volvería a ir, súper recomendado.

Quedarnos en Alas & Arena fue genial. El hotel es muy lindo y personal super amable, con acceso directo a la playa, piscina y un excelente restaurante. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y sin mucho ruido, ideal para una estadia tranquila y relajada.

La verdad es que no tengo quejas con el alojamiento, quizás podrian mejorar en el tiempo de respuesta antes llegar al hotel. Si respondieron todas nuestras dudas, pero se demoraron un poco.

The pool water was cloudy. We had no water for almost the whole stay and the personal was telling us it will be back and just lied all the time about it. They didn’t even offer us a bottle of water to brush our teeth. They didn’t clean our room even after telling us to leave the room to clean already twice. We had no toilet paper and no water. The breakfast had really small portions of butter and jam that is supposed to be for two people but it’s not even enough for one of the small breads that they give, for more they would charge us extra. The coffee was basically brown water and the papaya juice tasted like onions I guess they chopped onions with the same knife as the fruits without washing it. The breakfast was the same everyday. There was no safe access to the beach which was important to us when we were planning our trip. Lastly the woman at the front desk didn’t let us leave before she recieved the keys to the room of some friends who stayed in a completely different room and they made the reservation separately.

Beach access and the fact that the hotel restaurant closed at 8pm.

We stayed 6 night and it was very relaxing. Not much to do when you have kids with you, maybe they could add some activities to do with them at the hotel but other than that great!
